Lisette is a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A section, specializing in (international) mergers and acquisitions, startups/scaleups, and private equity and venture capital transactions. She has extensive expertise in corporate governance and corporate law in general.

Lisette began her legal career in Zwolle in 2020 and has since become a prominent figure in her field.

Lisette has been a member of Wintertaling since 2021. She regularly gives (guest) lectures to students at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as well as at startup and scaleup events, including the Amsterdam Startup Launch. Additionally, Lisette is actively involved in the Legal Netlink Alliance, where she plays a key role in fostering engagement among young lawyers within the network.
