Bogdan has advised during the past 14 years significant domestic and foreign clients in the real estate field, with a focus on real estate title review, title transfers, greenfield and brownfield project development and permitting, construction agreements and asset management, as well as extensive involvement in corporate matters adjacent to real estate transactions, including corporate governance matters and commercial agreements. Bogdan was also involved in assisting clients in complex dispute settlement and construction arbitration procedures.
