Rob is a partner at BJTK and specialises in banking & finance and (cross-border/international) restructuring & insolvency – including the ‘Dutch Scheme’ (WHOA / CERP / ACPRP) – and related liability risks. Rob is an author for a Dutch periodical on insolvency case law and a leading insolvency commentary. He is a member of INSOL International (Fellow), INSOL Europe, NACIIL, and INSOLAD. Legal500 named Rob as a Next Generation Lawyer (2017, 2018).
