Corporate and M&A

Quirijn is one of the founders of BJTK. He specializes in private M&A, private equity, joint ventures and restructurings. Quirijn’s clients include national and international companies, private equity houses, (institutional) investors and entepreneurs.

Prior to founding BJTK, Quirijn worked at Freshfields, both in the Amsterdam and New York offices. As of 2019, Quirijn has been listed as “Leading Individual” (M&A) in The Legal500 for the Netherlands.

Quirijn is a member of the Dutch Bar Association (2002).

Quirijn graduated from the VU University Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit) (civil law and corporate law). Quirijn is also a board member of the foundation Nieuwe Tijdinghe, a producer of innovative history projects whose objective is to share historical knowledge and expand historical awareness with a large and diverse audience (www.nieuwetijdinghe.nl).
