Babette Waltman specializes in corporate law, focusing on private equity and venture capital transactions, joint venture structures, management buy-outs and corporate mergers (share and asset deals). Further, Babette advises large and medium sized corporations on a wide range of corporate law related matters and general contracting matters.

Prior to joining Biesheuvel Jansen advocaten in 2019, Babette worked in the corporate practices of Rutgers & Posch and Linklaters.

Babette is member of the Dutch Bar Association (2010).

Babette graduated from the Radboud University Nijmegen (dual master business law) and completed the post graduate program on M&A at the Zuidas Institute for Financial Law and Corporate Law (part of the VU University Amsterdam).
