Adv. He has significant experience representing emerging high-tech companies in negotiating and structuring venture capital investments and advising clients in domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions. Adv. Dlugin also assists his clients with their ongoing business activities, from formation to exit, including commercial agreements and transactions, joint ventures and general corporate and governance matters.
Career
Ran is a member of the Israel and New York Bars – prior to founding Raz Dlugin, Adv. Dlugin practiced law in New York, with McDermott Will & Emery LLP, a leading international law firm. At McDermott, Adv. Dlugin’s practice focused on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters. He also regularly advised clients on compliance with reporting requirements under U.S. federal securities laws, compliance with stock exchange rules. Upon his return to Israel in early 2007, Adv. Dlugin joined the law firm of Goldfarb Seligman where he was involved in some of the most notable transactions in the M&A market.
