Zeina's expertise is in corporate law and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and venture capital investments, and has negotiated mergers and acquisitions, international corporate and business transaction in the Middle East, GCC and Europe. Zeina acts on a wide range of debt and equity, capital market transactions, including capital raisings, equity-linked issues, structure products, and liability management exercises.

Zeina is head of legal at the Lebanese Federation for Climbing and Mountaineering, an active member in the Gender Equality Committee at the Lebanese Olympic Committee and is active in a wide variety of community services organisations.
