Christelle Nouhaud is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2014. Before joining BEHRING in 2014, Christelle Nouhaud gained her experience in a number of Parisian firms (Cabinet Bouchara-Avocats, Nomos, Dentons). Christelle Nouhaud has great expertise, in contentious as well as non-contentious matters, in intellectual and industrial property (trademarks, patents, copyright, etc.).

More generally, she advises on matters relating to new technology law, with a particular focus on IT, e-commerce and data protection. Christelle Nouhaud also provides advice in respect of competition issues such as passing off or unfair competition.
