Manager

Mrs Ioanna Rapsomaniki is the manager of the Commercial, Corporate and M&A department of our Law Firm, handing our law firm’s corporate clients, providing commercial litigation services and legal consulting services on corporate and commercial law.

Mrs. Rapsomaniki is responsible for coordinating and organizing a team of 8 lawyers, supervising all the legal actions, following up on the cases and communicating with our corporate clients to insure effective handling and reporting.

Mrs. Rapsomaniki has extensive experience in commercial law, group restructurings, business transactions, legal due diligences and the drafting of acquisition agreements (sale of shares, sale of business etc.).

She has attended specialized management course organized by  Harvard Business Publishing on “Stepping Up to Management”  and “Basic Principles of Budgeting”.

Mrs. Rapsomaniki has handled a large number of commercial litigation cases, through her 11 years of collaboration with our Law Firm, representing corporate clients in court.
