Career

Mrs Olga Eftychidou is the Firm’s Legal Manager and a member of its Management Team. As such, she is responsible for all legal and judicial affairs and corporate governance.

She has a longstanding experience in the fields of NPEs and NPLs, especially regarding the respective pre-legal and legal actions, judicial enforcement, restructuring and insolvency, as she has acted as advisor of numerous domestic and international clients from a variety of business sectors, including banking and financial services, NPE management, investment management and real estate management & development. Her clients also include all the major banks and financial institutions that are active in the Greek market and she has been involved in most transactions of the Greek NPL portfolio sales market, organizing and leading complicated legal due diligence exercises.

Her expertise also covers other aspects of Greek law, including Corporate, Commercial, Labor and Contracts and she has considerable experience in negotiations and the handling of complex projects, while being in charge of multi member legal teams.

As a manager, she has a deep knowledge of principles and processes and among her top priorities are the assessment of clients’ needs and meeting quality standards. Her major assets include knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resources allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, coordination of people and resources, understanding of market dynamics, anticipation of opportunities and risks, identification of critical issues and development of plans and strategies
