Position
Alan is a Consultant in the firm’s Corporate and Commercial team and has over 20 years’ experience of buying and selling businesses, both large and small (including the unusual). He has particular experience of leading large project teams effectively to manage and complete complex corporate transactions.
Alan’s clients
Alan works closely with both sellers and buyers on business and share sales and purchases, whether as one-off transactions or as part of a wider corporate strategy.

Trained Royds Solicitors, London; qualified 1993; partner Adams & Remers, Lewes 2001-06; Rix & Kay Solicitors LLP 2006 to date.

Trustee Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare.
