Dr. Moritz Meister represents clients in litigation in state courts and arbitration proceedings. German business newspaper WirtschaftsWoche has ranked Dr. Moritz Meister as a top lawyer for litigation. German businesss newspaper Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers lists him as one of the best lawyers for dispute resolution.

One of his main areas of practice is advising on civil law disputes with tax law implications, such as liability issues in connection with the activities of tax advisors and auditors or Cum/Cum and Cum/Ex structures. He also advises on banking and financial disputes, in particular in connection with complex financial products. Additionally, his practice includes post-M&A disputes, corporate law disputes and disputes with criminal law implications. These are often complex proceedings with cross-border aspects.
