Career

With a solid background in both litigation and finance, Antreas’ area of specialisation encompasses transactional and dispute resolution work comprising complex issues involving fraud, and asset recovery, as well as shareholder disputes and other matters of a contentious nature. Antreas has advised both domestic and international clients on matters concerning private equity transactions, the structuring of investments and corporate restructuring.

Antreas has been called to the Bar of England and Wales, is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and holds an MSc in Management from Imperial College, London. His in-depth understanding, analytical mind and ability to perceive and deal with issues from both a local and global perspective, enable Antreas to offer tailored and sustainable advice to the firm’s clients, who benefit from his broad knowledge, experience and acute understanding of legal issues.

Antreas has been listed in the 2018 edition of the Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa as a recommended lawyer in the field of dispute resolution and has been described as “thorough” in the execution of his work as an active member of the firm’s team.
