Senior Associate

Claire is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution department and specialises in litigation, arbitration and mediation.

With over nine years’ experience, she has advised both local and international clients in arbitration, constitutional and human rights law, judicial review and administrative law, capital markets law, succession, mining, banking and finance, defamation, insolvency and bankruptcy, employment and labour law and land disputes.

Claire has been involved in various notable matters, including being part of a team in a landmark constitutional law dispute at the Supreme Court of Kenya that successfully challenged the statutory overlap of the dual investigative and enforcement power of the Capital Markets Authority.
