Karol Kicun is a Partner at CRIDO Legal and head of M&A team. He is an expert in commercial and corporate law with more than 15 years of experience and has joined Crido in 2025. Karol advises Polish and foreign entities, including private equity funds and founders of private companies, on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, both on the sell-side and the buy-side. Clients value his proactive approach and describe Karol as a business-oriented and committed specialist with strong, local expertise. Before joining CRIDO Legal, Karol worked as a partner in renowned Polish and international law firms, where he was also the head of M&A practice. He was named in the prestigious rankings of The Legal500 EMEA as one of the leading M&A lawyers in Poland. He has particular experience in the energy, eCommerce/FinTech and FMCG sectors, where he supports clients in transactions as well as corporate matters.
