Joanna Bernat is a partner and Head of Energy & Infrastructure at CRIDO a

Joanna is an attorney-at-law with experience in public business law, in particular the Energy Law and the Act on RES, as well as the Public Procurement Law and the Public-Private Partnership Law. She advises clients on investment projects, in particular on the construction of new and modernisation of existing generation sources, including those implemented under PPP and PZP, energy clusters, DD, FIT for 55. She has extensive experience in the area of regulatory advice - concessions, tariffs, traffic instructions (grid codes), RES support. She prepares opinions on tender documents and drafts agreements, successfully representing clients before public administration bodies, courts and the NAC. For the last few years, she has been associated with a boutique law firm specialising in legal advice to clients in the energy sector.
