Magdalena Pieńkowska is Senior Associate in the Energy & Infrastructure team at CRIDO

Magdalena is an attorney-at-law. She has participated in numerous projects related to energy law, including projects of an international nature, but also proceedings before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, projects to unbundle the transmission and distribution system operator, as well as analyses of legislative amendments to EU law on gaseous fuels, electricity, development of RES, hydrogen (Green Deal) or Blue Economy. She has also prepared contracts and GTCs for companies trading in gaseous fuels, contracts for the sale of gaseous fuels, cross-border interconnection agreements, as well as participated in negotiations of draft EU directives and regulations.
