Bartosz Ostrowski has over 12 years of professional experience in real estate transactions across various sectors, including logistics, office, retail, and PRS/PBSA. He specializes in asset deals, share deals, sale & leaseback transactions and provides ongoing advisory services in the area of asset management, including legal assistance with lease agreements, service contracts, and other operational aspects of property management. Bartosz advises his clients at various stages of construction process (in particular greenfield and brownfield investments located within special economic zones) including drafting and negotiating design and construction contracts as well as drawing up due diligence reports. Bartosz represents also clients in litigation proceedings as well as administrative proceedings (in particular in real estate, lease or construction related disputes, including claims for damages, and in disputes regarding investments in Poland). Prior to joining CRIDO Legal in 2025, Bartosz has worked at international and pan European law firms.
