Career
Paweł is a counsel at CRIDO and an advocate with a PhD in law, specialising in Banking and finance. He advices international companies, banks and financial institutions on complex international financing projects. His experience also includes advising on the financial aspects of mergers and acquisitions and participating in international dispute resolution projects. Paweł is the author of a number of publications on diverse topics such as international law, market access rights, the split payment mechanism in the context of factoring transactions or Brexit and the activities of the Financial Supervision Authority. Paweł’s team has received several Legal 500 recommendations; in 2024, his team was recommended in the Banking and finance category. Clients value his excellent knowledge of Polish and German law as well as his knowledge of the English and German languages. Paweł has also advanced knowledge of the Spanish language. Prior to joining CRIDO Legal in 2025, Paweł has worked at international and pan European (law) firms and institutions both in Poland and Germany.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw as well as the School of German and European Law at the University of Warsaw and the Rhenish Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn. Additionally, Paweł completed legal attorney apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association and graduated from doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Paweł passed his doctoral exam presenting a doctoral thesis on international law issues.
