Adv. Jessica Shor advises clients on investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financing transactions, as well as providing ongoing counsel on corporate and high-tech law matters.
As part of her work, Jessica provides legal guidance and support to entrepreneurs, startups, and technology companies at various stages of development, specializing in the commercial and legal aspects of their operations.
Jessica completed her legal internship at Lipa Meir & Co. and, after finishing her internship, joined FWMK in 2025 as a full-fledged attorney.
