Adv. Amit Hirsch is a partner at the firm, engaged in corporate, commercial law and mergers and acquisition.
Regularly counseling High-Tech companies at all stages of development, Amit practices in the fields of corporate law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions in the high-tech and VC sectors.
Amit is a fount of knowledge for both the commercial and corporate aspects of high-tech operations and their financing, and has deep experience working alongside various corporations and individual investors with respect to their investment transactions.
Before joining FWMK in 2017, Amit was an associate in the High-Tech department of Matry, Meiri & Co. hE became a partner at FWMK in 2022.
