Adv. Orr Noy is the firm’s managing partner, engaged in the fields of litigation, corporate and commercial law.

Orr has extensive experience representing Israeli and foreign clients in complex disputes in various areas of corporate and commercial law. Particular areas of expertise for Orr are corporate control disputes and commercial and contractual disputes, particularly in the fields of Telecommunications, the capital market, and Real Estate. He also has vast experience representing and defending directors and officers in both private and publicly traded companies, and representing defendants in complex class actions, mostly under securities laws.

By conducting complex debt and bonds restructuring arrangements, representing bondholders as well as the companies in the arrangement and the investors, Orr brings a unique perspective to his role heading up the Litigation team.
