Adv. Udi Knaani is one of the founding partners of the firm, and heads the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Department.

Over his many years as a lawyer in the commercial sector Udi has established himself as one of Israel’s leading lawyers. This is in many ways thanks to his unique experience and expertise in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, financial structuring, capital raising and financing, support and strategic counseling, and both domestic and international tax planning.

With extraordinary capabilities for legal analysis, he provides ongoing counsel to many of Israel’s leading businesses, as well as various international clients.
