Michael Wigge is one of the founding partners of Wigge & Partners. Michael is specialized in M&A, Private Equity and Corporate & Commercial. He has a broad corporate practice advising on all aspects of law for over 25 years with particular emphasis, in the latter years, on private equity and corporate governance. Michael Wigge is regularly invited to be a speaker on professional seminars and is co-author to Bank securities and other credit enhancement methods (Kluwers). He has, over the years, advised domestic and international companies on numerous large cross border M&A, restructurings and other private equity investments.
