Education
Simon acquired his legal education from the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University.
In 2015, he successfully defended his Master's thesis, receiving a Master's degree in law. Subsequently, he pursued further academic pursuits by enrolling in the university's doctoral program in law. In 2019, Simon achieved success in defending his dissertation, centered on foreign investment protection, thereby attaining his Doctor of Laws degree. This substantial academic work was supported by the Shota Rustaveli Georgian National Science Foundation, drawing from research conducted at the Max-Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg.
