Giorgi Tsertsvadze has been the founder and managing partner of "J&T Consulting" since the establishment of the company.
Giorgi has 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. Throughout this extensive period, he has adeptly employed mediation, international arbitration, and court proceedings to safeguard our clients' interests.
Beyond advocating for clients, Giorgi frequently serves as a mediator and arbitrator in mediation and arbitration proceedings facilitated by the "Tbilisi Arbitration Institute" and "EBA Mediation and Arbitration Center".
The managing partner of our company has been connected with distinguished institutions such as the Max Planck Institute for International Private Law and Comparative Law (Germany), Jams WIF USA
The Volkswagen Foundation (Germany), The German Academic Exchange Service (Germany), The Chuo Law School (Japan), The Japan Arbitration Association (Japan), The American Agency for International Development (USA), and has actively participated in programs by Weinstein (JAMS, USA), as well as The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (Germany).
Since 2020, Giorgi has served as a mediator on the Global Panel of Mediation established by the Office of the Ombudsman of UN Funds and Programs, catering to five UN organizations (UNDP, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNOPS, and UN-Women).
Giorgi Tsertsvadze's areas of interest encompass litigation and arbitration, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution methods. His expertise also extends to legal protection of investments and corporate governance, international business transactions, distressed asset management, Telecommunication Law, and Banking Law.
Giorgi Tsertsvadze is the author of more than ten scientific works published in Georgia, Germany, Austria, Japan and USA.
