Feride specializes in both prosecution and enforcement matters with 15+ years of experience. She joined the firm in 2008 and worked with the trademark and litigation teams ever since as of 2020 she became a Partner at the Law firm. She currently heads the anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy teams.

Experience / Highlights

Her main focus areas are all kinds of disputes related to counterfeiting and complex enforcement matters covering trademark, design, unfair competition, and copyright issues.

She is also well qualified in portfolio management and manages worldwide very famous brands portfolios for both prosecution and enforcement matters with high-level client satisfaction.

Feride has taken part in numerous anti-counterfeiting projects forming strategies, organizing, and leading simultaneous raids for world-famous brands, especially in the fields of Cosmetics & Fragrances, Apparel & Accessories, and Jewelry & Luxury.

She also has extensive experience in handling anti-generic programs, including clearance actions, monitoring, and continuous clearance services. In addition to Turkey, she also guides clients for Northern Cyprus prosecution and enforcement matters and provides counsel on disputes and transactions covering this area.

She is qualified in the understanding of business and helps clients develop the best IP protection systems for Turkey and additionally in Northern Cyprus. She is a member of INTA Famous Well-known Marks Committee and vice-chair of the Titles / Properties Subcommittee for the terms 1/1/2022 - 31/12/2023.
