Lisa is the managing director of Totalserve Trustees Limited with more than 15 years of experience in the legal domain.

Lisa is an LLB graduate from Keele University, England. She relocated to Cyprus in 2008 and began her legal career in a large local law firm, during which time she gained a wealth of experience in Cyprus contract, corporate and commercial law, reorganizations, JV’s, M&A, and banking finance transactions.

Lisa gained valuable experience as in-house legal consultant to a global digital media company listed on AIM, obtaining valuable business acumen, and later as a director/head of the trust department to a boutique ASP company providing legal support to ultra/high net worth individuals and family offices on various transactions, trust management, corporate restructuring, reorganizations and other various family office/private client matters.

Lisa acts as an of counsel advisor in matters such as trust and trustee structures, managing trust assets, family wealth and providing guidance about estate & succession planning
