Eirini graduated in law from the University of Surrey and further holds an L.L.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Reading. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015.

Eirini has worked in the corporate & commercial, as well as banking, departments of reputable law firms and corporate service providers in Cyprus where she acquired significant experience in areas including, inter alia, corporate governance, compliance, corporate re-organisations and restructurings, administrative matters, drafting and reviewing of all types of legal documents, opinions, real-estate agreements and contracts etc.

In her current position Eirini manages a portfolio of corporate clients. She specialises in the field of corporate and commercial law by advising clients on formation of Cyprus and foreign corporate entities, corporate governance matters, corporate re-structurings, by drafting and reviewing of various legal agreements, contracts and corporate documents as well as advising on corporate transaction documents.
