Stavros obtained his LL.B (Hons) Law degree from the University of Liverpool in the UK, and further holds an LL.M in European Law from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. He was later admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2021. Stavros is fluent in the Greek and English languages and has a basic understanding of Dutch and Mandarin Chinese.

Prior to joining the firm, Stavros has worked as an associate lawyer in the corporate department of a reputable law firm in Limassol as well as at a reputable global administrative service provider with offices in Limassol, where he acquired significant experience in areas including, inter alia, corporate governance and compliance regulations in a number of jurisdictions, corporate restructurings for Cyprus and offshore companies and trusts, BVI law expertise on Economic Substance, BOSS and Annual Financial Return reporting, Cyprus companies’ Foreign Interest applications and immigration/work permit applications for third-country nationals, administrative and court matters, drafting and reviewing of all types of legal documents, opinions, agreements and contracts etc.

In his current position Stavros manages a portfolio of corporate clients and deals with the administrative and legal elements of Cyprus and offshore companies by advising clients on the incorporation of Cyprus and offshore corporate entities, corporate governance and restructurings, drafting and reviewing of legal agreements, contracts as well as advising on corporate transaction documents.
