Goran Cvetkovic is managing partner at Cvetkovic, Skoko & Jovicic with over 25 years of professional, comprehensive experience gained while working on some of the most prominent projects in the Serbian market. He specializes in M&A, corporate and real estate, as well as banking and finance law. He is chief legal advisor to clients developing large scale real estate in the region, from shopping malls and retail centers to embassy complexes, logistic parks, and residential projects.
