Managing Associate

Catalin is a Managing Associate with over 13 years of experience in providing employment advice to local and multinational companies, as well as representing clients in front of the courts and national authorities in civil and employment matters.

With his extensive experience and proven track record, Catalin is exceptionally well-suited to coordinate projects and navigate the complexities of the employment ever-evolving field.

He has also a strong background in dispute resolution – labor, civil and commercial – offering a well-rounded approach to labor law matters. His strong background in resolving complex disputes complements his expertise in employment law, enabling him to provide comprehensive legal solutions for both contentious and non-contentious workplace issues.

He regularly advises on all facets of employment law, including hiring, dismissals, redundancies, key employee terminations, internal policies and compliance, mass layoff strategies, trade union negotiations, collective bargaining agreements, and employment disputes.

Prior to join our team, Catalin coordinated the employment department at an international regional law firm, locally and firm wide, having previously led the employment local practice of an international German law firm.

Catalin is also a regular contributor to legal publications, with several articles on employment law, and frequently speaks at specialized conferences.
