Yiğit Okuldaş is an Associate at Şengün & Partners Attorney Partnership, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets law and regulatory compliance.With experience in working on significant transactions, he advises both local and international clients, including major corporations and private equity firms, on complex legal matters.

His expertise spans a variety of industries, including finance, automotive, media, healthcare and technology. He provides legal consultancy to client companies on all corporate matters.  He has  been involved in the execution of domestic and international investments of real and legal person clients.

He  provides legal consultancy to one of the largest media groups in Turkey in the field of media law and provides legal support to the group companies in the conduct of their legal proceedings before RTÜK and other administrative authorities. Additionally, he advises asset management companies and factoring companies on banking and finance law, and clients operating in the capital markets on capital markets law, and provides legal support to these companies in the execution of their legal proceedings before CMB and other administrative authorities.

Before joining Şengün & Partners, he was in-house legal counsel at one of Turkey's leading healthcare groups, contributing to the group's multinational operations in the healthcare, technology, energy, and investment sectors. He has taken part in  M&A transactions, due diligence processes and negotiation of high-value deals in the areas of software development, medical tourism and clinical trials.

Yiğit has been actively involved in structuring start-up investments, drafting strategic agreements such as shareholder agreements, share pledge agreements, and investment contracts tailored to protect key stakeholders. His experience includes working on international public-private partnership (PPP) projects, collaborating with foreign law firms, and managing cross-border company formations.
