Ms. Sengun is the Managing Partner of Şengün & Partners Attorney Partnership. Ms. Şengün, who is also a trademark attorney, provides legal support in Banking and Finance, Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Capital Markets Law, Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law, Property Law and other fields of law to a wide range of clients operating in areas such as media, automotive, asset management, private insurance and factoring. She also provides consultancy to investment funds and she is the attorney of a major foreign private equity fund operating in Turkey. Furthermore, Ms. Şengün advises corporate clients from various areas of business life with an extensive knowledge and provides resolutions to settle disputes that have arisen.

Mrs. Şengün is the legal counsel and Board of Directors member of a major media group and she focuses on its Radio and Television Supreme Council processes. She is also the legal counsel and Board of Directors member of a major outdoor advertising company.
