Vitali Šipilov has considerable experience in advising on issues related to public law and administrative law, as well as representing clients in civil disputes. He has represented both private companies and public authorities in complex administrative disputes relating to construction, real estate, tax, energy and the environment. Among other projects, Vitali has represented Hiiu County Government in disputes over spatial plans for the construction of one of the largest off-shore wind farms in Europe (Hiiumaa Offshore Wind Farm). In addition, he has provided legal assistance in various civil law disputes and has prepared construction, sales and lease contracts.
