Attorney-at-Law Indrek Kukk is Head of Public and Regulatory Law at PwC Legal Estonia. Indrek advises clients mainly on issues relating to the public sector and public law and the regulated fields of economic activity, including issues pertaining to the environment, natural resources, energy, telecommunications, transportation, but also supervision and state liability.

Indrek has substantial experience in litigation. Indrek has represented clients in many complex civil and administrative cases, which include several precedent-setting disputes in the fields of financial, tax, environmental and procurement law.

Indrek is a member of the Administrative Law Committee of the Estonian Bar Association. The Administrative Law Committee aims to assist the bodies and members of the Bar Association and advise them on both administrative law and relevant case-law, analyzing said legislation and case-law and proposing amendments. Indrek has participated in drafting several thorough amendments and positions for draft laws and legislative intents. In addition, Indrek has drafted numerous legal analyses for several regulative issues.

Indrek Kukk is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2011.

Indrek Kukk holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Tartu.
