Having worked in the private and public sectors Harijs has acquired significant practical experience in the implementation of complex construction projects from the pre-construction stage up to the completion of construction projects. Harijs has worked on the contractual provisions drawn up by the FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers), as well as contracts in accordance with public-private partnership principles. He has represented clients in projects funded by private investors.
