Aleksandra Stojanović is an Attorney at Law in the Corporate / Commercial and M&A department of BOPA Bojanović Partners. She is dually qualified in Montenegro and Serbia. Aleksandra has extensive professional experience in Corporate / Commercial / M&A, practice areas. In addition, contract law, public procurement and data protection matters falls within her area of expertise. Aleksandra participated in many transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising international clients in deals in total value in excess of EUR 5 billion. Aleksandra holds an LL.B degree and LL.M degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Niš. She is currently pursuing PhD in Law – Legal Field of Economics at the Faculty of Law, University of Niš. Aleksandra is fluent in Serbian and English.
