Nemanja Jovović is a Partner and Co-Head of the Competition and Tax departments as well as the part of Consumer Goods, Food and Retail industry group. He is dually qualified in Montenegro and Serbia. He specializes in antitrust compliance, merger control, cartel investigations, abuse of market power, IP in competition, and competition litigation. Regarding taxation, he has experience in a wide range of tax issues. Nemanja has participated in numerous transactions in Serbia, Montenegro, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, advising both international and domestic clients.
