Nicolae has advised and assisted local and international clients on a wide array of complex projects regarding restructuring, negotiation of public documents of state-owned companies, mergers/spin-offs, transfer of shares and real estate investments, transfer of personal data to EU and non-EU based controller/ processors.

With an invaluable expertise in public sector and structural funds (human resources development), Nicolae has advised numerous companies and entrepreneurs during the implementation of various projects co-financed from EU public funds.
