Legal advisor. He has over 25 years of experience in advising international and Polish clients, including the State Treasury and listed companies with the State Treasury's shareholding. He represents leading investment funds operating on the Polish real estate market and shopping mall developers. He advises on complex matters that involve real estate due diligence and title review and clearance. He has extensive experience in advising Poland's leading businesses, including top 20 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, on setting up joint ventures, among others on the real estate market as well as in the fuel and mining industry. He advises on a full range of issues relating to privatizations, acquisition and sale of companies and ownership interests in companies, and related project finance.
