Career

Mohamed is an Associate at the firm’s corporate compliance team. He built a hands-on experience in guiding and assisting clients in respect to all legal compliance requirements including but not limited to assisting and supporting Solar Power companies for obtaining licenses and renewing the validity of their licenses, obtaining licenses from the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) and from other relevant authorities such as General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Commercial Register Authority, Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority, New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Notary Public Authority, and Tax Authority.

Mohamed works on drafting and reviewing AoA, minutes of OGM, EGM, and BOD documents.

Mohamed also has experience in the IP sector; he deals with the International Trade Development Authority (ITDA), in handling trademark registration procedures, filing petitions, challenging refusal decisions, appeals trademark registration oppositions and obtaining work and residence permits.
