Associate

Toaa is an associate with solid experience in corporate, energy, projects and infrastructure fields. She advises clients on a broad range of matters relating to corporate law, consumer protection and competition laws as well as infrastructure projects, and technology transfer. Toaa works on conducting legal due diligence in cross border deals and reviewing and drafting different types of contracts and agreements such as sales and purchase agreements, technology transfer agreements, distribution and agency agreements, franchises agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, service provision agreements, outsourcing contracts, constructions related agreements, management and consultancy agreements.
