Senior Associate

Ahmed is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team; he has myriad of experience in litigation in various areas of law including civil and criminal claims as well as labour and employment disputes. Ahmed attends court hearings and expert deliberation meetings in front of the Civil Courts, Economic Courts and Criminal Courts in Egypt.

Waheed also participated in several arbitration cases before the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and handled the enforcement and annulment procedures of many arbitration awards before the Egyptian courts. Ahmad also worked on the liquidation of inheritance of foreign persons inside Egypt.

Before joining Riad & Riad, Ahmed worked at the Former Minister of Education's Office (Ahmad Gamal Eldin Moussa), where he reviewed contracts related to the construction of foreign universities in Egypt in addition to other types of contracts.

Member at the Egyptian Bar Association from 2013, before Egypt appellate courts.
