Senior Associate

Khaled is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&As team. His experience focuses on corporate procedures and compliance regulations, incorporation of companies and corporate entities, mergers & acquisitions ‎transactions, joint ventures, and changing the legal form of companies.  Khaled is specialized in drafting/reviewing companies' incorporation documents and its amendments, preparing the minutes of shareholders and board members' meetings and its ratification by relevant governmental authorities. Khaled is also specialized in handling the procedures of issuing work permits of expatriate employees and executives.

More and above, Khaled represents clients before different governmental authorities including but not limited to the General Authority for Investment and Fee Zones (GAFI), the General Authority for Export and Import Control (GOEIC), and Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR).
