Fatma h­as mor­e than 23 years of experience in M&A project and infrastructure, oil & gas and energy, complex litigation and international commercial arbitration.

She provides legal advice and represents clients in high profile cross-border transactions, construction and project finance, litigation and arbitration.

Fatma is a professor of law at the School of Law, Cairo University since 2001. She teaches courses of business law, international commercial arbitration and evidence law.
