Dr. Eike Schaper has been working as a lawyer in intellectual property law for almost 20 years and advises his clients comprehensively on all intellectual property rights and competition law with a focus on litigation.

For patent infringement proceedings, he has familiarized himself with various technical fields and has obtained numerous preliminary injunctions for the rapid enforcement of claims based on patents, trademarks, designs or unfair competition law.

Dr. Eike Schaper also has particular expertise in the enforcement of rights and seizures at trade fairs.

The DeutscheAnwaltAkademie has engaged Dr. Eike Schaper as a lecturer for its seminar on patent infringement litigation since 2013.
