Appointed as Partner in January, Dr. Alshorbagy plays a pivotal role in the firm and continues to be the go-to person for projects in Kuwait having  worked on the vast majority of PPP projects tendered in the State of Kuwait to
date. His deep
expertise and extensive knowledge have made him the trusted advisor for international stakeholders, including law firms, financial, and technical advisors. Dr. Alshorbagy has also expanded his practice beyond Kuwait, advising on projects in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. Known for his active participation in the legal community, he frequently attends international conferences and is a sought-after speaker, further enhancing his reputation as a leading expert in the field.

In addition to his transactional work, Dr. Alshorbagy brings significant expertise in international commercial arbitration, making him a key figure in navigating complex cross-border disputes.  He has successfully represented clients in various international arbitration forums, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
