Mahmoud focuses on both litigation and arbitration disputes in civil, commercial, employment, administrative, and private law matters.

Mahmoud has an early hands-on experience with court hearings which he gained through attending and analyzing them, he also has a well-rounded knowledge and comprehension in drafting and reviewing statements of claim, bilingual legal opinions, memos, appeals, and contracts.

He has drafted several bilingual legal researches on various issues pertaining to Egyptian Law and has worked on a variety of cases before different courts.

Prior to joining Rizkana & Partners, Mahmoud practiced in Litigation department for a specialist law firm, and had been summer internship at the legal department in two Banks.

Arabic and English

Mahmoud holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Cairo University – English Section in 2020, and successfully completed a contract drafting course from Blue Legal Academy.
