Roba primarily focuses on corporate, M&As and capital market law, particularly with issues pertaining to drafting contracts, due diligence of commercial transactions and financial transactions. This is in addition to her acquired experience in oil & gas and renewable energy field.

Prior to joining Rizkana & Partners, Roba had two internships in Cairo at top tier law firms where she worked on a variety of contracts including lease, transfer of property, service agreements, tenders, employment, exploitation of intellectual property rights, and disputes.

Moreover, Roba has gained valuable legal experience working as an in-house corporate lawyer, specifically in the oil & gas and renewable energy field, at various entities including Advanced Energy Systems (A.D.E.S) S.A.E, Adsero (Ragy Soliman & Partners), TAQA Arabia S.A.E, Karm Solar S.A.E.

Roba has advised local and international clients on various areas of Egyptian law, and has worked on commercial and financial transactions, and advised clients doing business in Egypt, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Africa, particularly. She has reviewed and assisted in the incorporation and acquisition of companies operating in different sectors and different jurisdictions. This is in addition to assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements pertaining to major transactions.

Roba also holds Bachelor of Law degree from Cairo University, Faculty of Law -English Section.
